The Shogunate prepares for the trial, as participants examine the instruments of execution.Yancy, in a camera interview, explains how he, a civilian, was shot.  He lauds the day, for it will bring justice at last. Yancy, confident and chipper, eagerly awaits the trial.Prisoner Kim is escorted into the kangaroo court.  Alex Athanassiou struggles to clobber him."Q" delivers the prosecution, condemning Kim to death for shooting an innocent civilian. Kim pleas for mercy and begs for his life on the grounds that he has a wife and an unborn child. Mexican Magic, the thug, grins at Caroline,  Kim's "wife." No mercy is forthcoming.  Kim is given 5 seconds to take his final meal, a steak and cheese from Noke's.The masses find it exceedingly entertaining.Caroline, the soon-to-be-widow wails and moans for her beloved's mercy.The thugs tie Kim up and try to blindfold him, but he refuses. He spits out the cigarette as well.The firing squad lines up and raises their guns in unison.  Ready... Aim.... WAIT!!!  WAIT!!! Yancy breaks down, admitting his duplicity in tricking Kim by impersonating his roommate Alex, wearing a trenchcoat and ski mask and carrying nerf guns.  He is not so innocent after all!The Shogunate agrees to let Yancy take Kim's place.  "He did not live as an Assassin, but at least he will die as an Assassin!"  Yancy awaits the shower of bullets... ... and he is gunned down by a torrent of ammunition.  Yancy falls to a dramatic death, and the spectators go wild.Kim, now reprieved, is challenged to a fateful duel against Joaquin; Joaquin wins, restoring balance and honor to the game.
